"THE TENAFLY FREE LIBRARY ASSOCIATION.
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that we,
Virginia C. Huyler, Lavinia F. ,Pond, Amelia Haring, Ellen E. Kyburg, Bertha G. Donally, Caroline B. Westervelt and Frances L. Colver, of the Borough of Tenafly in the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey, have associated ourselves into a corporation pursuant to "An Act to incorporate associations not for pecuniary profit" approved April 21, 1898, and the supplements thereto, and to that end we do by this our certificate, state and set forth:
FIRST: That the. name or title by which suchcorporation is to be known in 1aw is ''The Tenafly Free Library Association".
SECOND: The purpose for which the corporation is formed, is to establish and maintain a free publio 1ibrary in the Borough of Tenafly, in Bergen County, New Jersey.
THIRD: The corporation is to be located. and its business conducted in the Borough of Tenafly aforesaid.
FOURTH: The corporation shall be managed by seven trustees. The names of those selected for the first year are:
