William, R. Smith, long known as Mr. Republican - former councilman and county political figure - lamented the passing of the Saturday Evening Post - founded by Benjamin Franklin. He was looking at the last edition.

Originally presented as a 35 mm slide show, at some point in time, photos were made from slides and then digitized. They were then added to a power point presentation. This image was one slide in the power point presentation. Description included with this image was read during the original slide show presentation.
