Mayor Paul V. Bollerman rapped his gavel for the opening of the Jubilee year on New Year's Day at Borough Council reorganization. Borough's seal hangs on the wall. At the left, Borough Attorney Donald DeCordova. At the right, Borough Cleark, Ruth Madru.
