A local newspaper article announces the start of reciprocal borrowing services between the Tenafly Library and Teaneck and Englewood Libraries.

Callie York, first librarian, from 1910-1932. In 1920, Mrs. York became the first head librarian of the Tenafly Free Public Library. She served in that capacity until 1932 when she died of pneumonia.
